Fortnite sound delay?

Once again I felt like fortnite and didn't have the best PC so I switched to alpha mode, but now my sound is delayed in-game so I open a chest, the sound only comes 3 seconds later, and so on. What is it? Apparently I'm the only one with the problem

I did when I played FN. It was because of the internet for me. But that can also be due to the graphics settings, because you have a worse PC (I have btw too).

Who should I change that I don't mean laggz actually

If the graphics settings are on i don't know epic prefer steal on high or something. Just try it out. If it isn't, it could be the internet. Otherwise I don't know what to do next
