I overclocked my pc a few days ago, I ran my i5 8600k to 4.5 ghz with 1.195V and my gtx1070 to +100 core +500 memory clock in all stress tests, it runs stable with good temps (cpu never over 80 and gpu never over 73 degrees) in gta warzone etc. I had no problems in fortnite but in between from 300 fps drops to 20 very briefly what could be the reason?
Do you have unlimited FPS? And what resolution are you playing at?
1080p and yes I have
My clock etc. Was not below 4.5 GHz at the lag

Unlimited as I said 60hz 1080p😂 but it will hardly be because of that

Yes what 1080p is always 1920x1080 both in-game and monitor and what should bring me the limitation. As if I'm no longer under 20 drop on any creative servers
Limiting to 60 fps is not possible then I have 10 seconds input delay
I also had a problem like that, I just limited it to 120fps, set resolutions the same and activated full screen mode.
Okay 120 is too little look at me whether I on 240 throttle or 260 and full screen thank you
