Pc gets frame drops?

I've had a gaming pc for about 1 year. Fortnite then ran everything on medium setting at 200-300 fps but for a few months I have had frame drops all the time and have a maximum of 120 fps on the lowest settings.

on my ssd there are still 30GB free.

Updating graphics card drivers helped me

It may be that the servers of Epic Games are overloaded or that an update from fortnite or maybe even Windows updates are the cause. I usually only know frame breaks at bottlenecks…
