Have a new PC with an RTX 2070.16 GB RAM, AMD ryzen 5 2600

and on my old PC I did not have such problems even though he was far worse.

My main problem is that I mainly have extreme drops in Fortnite. Normally there's always 200 FPS loosely there, but you can see that when moving the FPS go down to 60 and then recover.

But the most annoying annoying is that permanently (really permanently) in seconds intervals the FPS apparently completely zero go so I get still pictures and that just can't be…

you invest money and time and that is all taken and I do not know why

Drivers are all up to date.

Oh, that's very annoying:-( … That would buy as you a Porsche and constantly the accelerator fails… Or something like that.

Here are a few ideas to try:

You had Win 10 installed as a clean re-install correctly?
Bios is up to date?
What is the temperature of the CPU (Ryzen Master) under load?
Temperature of the graphics card?
Set Power Options to High Performance
Have you also installed all chip set drivers from the mainboard manufacturer?
How is your upload / download / ping? https://www.wieistmeineip.de/speedtest/

Test in bios times: CPU voltage by offset to: +0.1 volts
Test in bios times: RAM voltage to 1.40 volts instead of 1.35 volts
Your RAM is also set to 3000 MHz probably?
Which power supply exactly do you have, and how old is it?
If possible, try another video card

Since it's a new season right now, the normal thing is to have a pair of FPS drops.

Epic games has posted yesterday that many complain about it, but they have said that they fix that in the next few days
