I have a problem getting still images in Fortnite. They stop for 1 second and disappear again, but occasionally happens in situations where it is very unfavorable.
I have an RTX 2060 Super, AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and 16 GB RAM
1000 GB HDD (Fortnite is stored there) and a 110 GB SSD
I have all the drivers up to date as well as Windows Update.
CPU is always between 30 and 60 degrees
Would be glad if someone could help me.
Have your game checked / verified once to make sure that it is not the game. Unfortunately I couldn't think of more now.
GTX 2060s? 🤔
I mean RTX
This is a bug that came with the new season and is likely to be fixed.
I've had it since last season
I had the same problem (but don't play fortnite, that's why with other games)
For me the problem was that the ram was running too slowly, I then clocked it up in the BIOS
Was your RAM overloaded that you clocked it up? How did you get it?
At some point I looked into my BIOS and saw that it ran so slowly (2133 instead of 3200) and then loaded the "XMP" profile and then it was at the desired number of cycles, you can watch a tutorial on this
Do you have a tutorial? I'm not the biggest PC professional.
Which manufacturer is your mainboard from? And what speed should the ram have according to the manufacturer, i.e. The number of cycles on the packaging
