I built a PC myself and have had the problem since the beginning that when I play Fortnite I often have freeze frames for 1 second and my fps drop to 30 or 25. I also tried to play with bad graphics but that didn't help, I also had the problem with Battlefield 5 and Call of Duty Black ops Cold but everything is normal in gta5. I also downloaded msi afterburner and when I was playing fortnite it said that my graphics card worked between 50% and 70% and my processor worked around 40%.

You probably downloaded all the updates too, um, at what interval do the stills appear? Something like that
Always different zbs. Fortnite sometimes every 3 seconds but sometimes there are also 30 seconds where there are no still images
And when I play 160 fps it always jerks and feels like 60 fps
