Does my graphics card not manage the resolution?

I have a GTX 1070 TI and two monitors. My main monitor has a resolution of 2560x1440 and my other on which I played before 1920x1200. I have only with Fortnite and Apex Legends problems with jerks and stills and GTA 5 I can play without problems on the highest graphics. In addition, I play Fortnite streched what amazes me even more that I have low FPS.
