I would like to buy a finished, upgraded PC in the range of 300-400 euro with which you can already play Fortnite on the lowest settings and with performance mode in the 100 fps range.

My 4 questions now are:
Is this configuration sufficient for my fps target?
Vega 8 or Vega 11 (price is no different)

With ARK you have no chance of a reasonably acceptable performance with this computer. Fortnite only goes to low and that in low resolution, then looks very pixelated and more like a Ps2 game.
You will certainly not achieve your FPS goal with an integrated graphics unit, so I would prefer to use a graphics card.
Vega 11 is better than Vega 8.
Not so good would rather buy a finished PC from Dubaro.
Are you sure about yt you have seen better results with the configuration. I keep everything on low, loose, only I would like 3d resolution to be 100%.
The problem with ARK is that the larger the base and the more you explore the game world, the greater the performance required. And believe me, you don't feel like playing that game at 30 FPS or less.
