Fix Fortnite errors?

Today I started Fortnite quite normal and I noticed strange things, my inventory has disappeared (so I do not know which gun I have in hand), If I want to collect something it takes a long time to appear in the inventory and some textures disappeared. Maybe someone knows why that is?
