Until 100 euro you can only find a GT 1030, you can forget that. Put on Fuffi and get the RX 570 4GB
Why an Nvidia graphics card if the 570 4GB from AMD would be the more attractive option? The RX 570 4GB get already from 150-160 and this is on the same level as a GTX 1050ti and performs partially even better.

For 100 euro you do not get anything really good.
New there would be a GT 1030, but this is 50% worse than your GTX 570th For about 150 euro there would be the RX 570, which is a real insider tip! For the price you get massive power.
If you can't scratch the money together, all that remains is to buy a used one. A GTX 770 or GTX 970 come into question.
