Which monitor is better?

I want to buy a new monitor. The best 3 monitors I've found are:

Dell Alienware AW2518HF, 24.5 (for 290 euro) 240hz
BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P (for 190 euro) 144hz
ASUS VG248QG (for 260 euro) 165hz 0.5ms response time

which one do you think is best, and is it worth the 100 euro difference between the 144hz monitor and the 240hz?

I currently play (Fortnite, CSGO, Apex Legends and Pubg)

240hz is in my opinion only for the major league and even there very many 144hz are used because you hardly notice a difference. So if you are very high up and take part in public tournaments you could think about the 240hz. Otherwise 144hz is also sufficient.
