My PC consists of: Asrock B450 steel legend, Ryzen 7 2700x, 32gb Corsair 3200mhz Ram and a gtx 1660.

Due to massive fps drops in games like fortnite and pubg, I checked cpu-z to see if everything was running normally and I noticed that the ram was running at only 1066mhz. I activated the xmpf profile and the cpu also supports the speed of the rams, please for quick help, thanks in advance for all the tips.

Set in the bios to xmp

Li

I have already activated it

You have to double the frequency in CPU-Z to get to the currently used frequency (2133) - since DDR = Double Data Rate

To get to the 3200, you have to activate the corresponding XMP profile in the BIOS and overclock the RAM with it

Do

Activated Xmp again was probably not saved!

Just read it. Do you have cheap ram? Then possibly defective. How long have you had it? Did you test them with memtest?

Li

The ram is from Corsair and I have it for almost 8 months, I will run memtest times right away

Does it bring 16GB Ram? Th ThickPanther
