Remove input delay on PS4 for mouse and keyboard?

I once heard that there should be an adapter that should remove the input delay very well. Fortnite with mouse and keyboard works on the PlayStation, but with a small but annoying delay. Is there anything?

No there isn't for. The input lag is generally very high on the consoles because they force Vsync. In addition, the drivers used for the mouse and keyboard are probably not the best. If you play on a TV, this is also not very beneficial for the input lag.
