I have a problem with the GPU / CPU usage in Fortnite.
My PC:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
MSI B450 Mortar Max
2x DDR4 16gb 3000 Ramb
MSI Gtx 1660 Amor 6G Oc
So I have a CPU utilization of 50% and with the GPU 60-70% all drivers, in any case, it is not due to a bottleneck, I would also have to reset the PC before to get all the garbage down.
But I hope that someone can give me answers to the question.

What settings do you play on? Of course, if you have things like textures and visibility on epic and everything else on low, it is clear that the GPU utilization is not that high because the GPU doesn't have to work a lot, that goes to the CPU.
The utilization is definitely not too high, i.e. In the normal range. I just don't understand the problem.
Because I play on a 240hz monitor and only have about 160fps then I want everything from my PC performance
So play everything low to 3D resolution in competitive settings

So some benchmarks on YouTube tell me that it works with 160 FPS, apparently due to the processor, one had well over 230 FPS with a Ryzen 7 2700x or with the i5-9400f.
