In my PC is installed:
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
GPU: GTX 1050 2GB
RAM: 8GB DDR4 (only 6,93GB we used) ((is in system scrutiny))
If it is fresh after an update that is relatively normal, if not try to reduce your graphics or fortnite reinstall
It could be because of the connection between your router and pc if you use wlan you could try it with a LAN cable
I always use a LAN cable, because my PC has no WLAN installed. My ping is permanently under 20.
I also have continuous 150FPS just do not load the textures and my FPS rate drops only for 0.5s to 10, which is annoying since the many freezes can be game-deciding.
The problem arises with each graphic setting the same
Then your last chance is actually to reinstall the game
After researching, I found the solution to the problem.
The graphic driver of the graphics card just had to be updated.
If that does not help, then upgrade the RAM memory, or to a graphics card with more VRAM.
If everything does not help, grab a new CPU.
My problem has been resolved.
