Got a gigabyte RTX 2080 Super with a Ryzen 5 2600 with the boxed cooler.

Upgrade to a Ryzen 7 soon.

Have 2 x 200 mm fans in the front.

Above a 140 mm and 120 mm fan.

At the back a 140 mm fan.

The CPU gets hot up to 80 degrees with epic settings in Fortnite and GTA.

GPU gets hot up to 60 degrees.

At MSI Afterburner I have a total of 70 degrees.

Is this temperature normal?

cr

I would be quite relaxed…

Why son Graka Monster?

An

The temperature is normal with the GRaka, which can easily go up to 80 crad even with a 2-fan version, but the CPU should not get that warm. Do you have the standard cooler on it?

Ty

Because I wanted something that I haven't had to upgrade for a long time

Te

Still depends on the temperature. For the number of fans, however, I find 80 degrees CPU temperature quite high. Is it very warm in your room? Are the fans regulated automatically or set to a fixed value?

Ty

Yes, I have the standard cooler on it

An

Mhh vltt you should switch to a tower cooler from Be quiet.

Ty

Always turn the fan up a bit so that the temperature goes down.

cr

A 2070 would have been great and you would already have the money for the Ryzen3700 …

Ty

Does the temperature generally drop in the PC?

An

No you have to see that you get a good so-called "airflow"

Ty

5 fans are not enough? 2 at the front, 2 at the top and one at the back?

Ra

If you invest so much I would not take the boxed cooler but a better one e.g. By BeQuiet!

80 ° C is not bad now, and completely in the specifications of the CPU I think with a better cooler you can easily get below 55 ° C while gaming

An

It depends on where they are blowing so if everyone is blowing out it is stupid and all blowing in you too have to look at the 2/3 blow and 2/3 blow out

Ty
Ty

The front blow in and the other blow out

An

Would have to fit if you still have any questions.

Ty

OK thank you.

An

Kd if you have any questions you can write in your Dc name then you can call me if you have any questions

Ra

In any case it is much better than the boxed cooler.

I prefer to have better ones that can run quieter

e.g. https://www.mindfactory.de/...37724.html

but there you have to look in the manual of the case whether it fits.

My BeQuiet! Cooler has now switched to a new system for the third time.

you can just keep that when upgrading

ke

The graphics card's 60 ° C is perfectly fine. 80 ° C is okay for the processor, you are using the boxed cooler.
Hopefully your case fans will blow in at the front and out at the back / top.

Ty

Exactly the two in front blow in and the other 3 out. LG

ke

Then it fits
