Windows start problems?

The VGA LED lights up continuously and there's no picture. I press and hold the power button until the PC starts up again and the problem is eliminated all at once.

It's not particularly bad because I can use my PC, but it's still weird.

Drivers and Windows are up to date and this is my system:

Ryzen 5 2600x
Gtx 660ti palit jetstream
Msi b450m per m2 Max
16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram
be quiet pure power 11 500w
500gb ssd

Does anyone know why that is?

my picture freezes in Fortnite all the time, but every other game runs without problems. FurMark also runs stably without any problems.

Have you ever tried to unplug it, wait a while and then plug it in again? Maybe it has something to do with the electricity.
