I have the following problem: I play at times shooter like Fortnite and Csgo. But especially Fortnite has lost a lot of groundless FPS for some time now. And apparently my CPU is also burdened by the game… Please do not laugh at me but when I open the Task Manager I do not really understand that much. I'm just about PC technology ne neires ieten;) I'm just totally baffled and do not know what to do, just because it has never caused problems before. In Task Manager Details the FortniteClient changes the CPU between 40 and 55 and the memory is about 1.789.000 K. Can someone help or say what you can do? Lg
Hardware would be interesting to know, I do not play this but tell me can you additionally scale its resolution? By that I mean that somewhere in the graphics settings should be something with a percentage.

We need basic information, so the innards of your PC.
With the free tool Speccy you can read all information:

You can save the results as a text file. From this please copy only the section with the "Summary" (until above the heading "Operating System").
You can then simply insert this area as text here.

For very rare needs, you could ask other areas from this report, but your Windows serial number (=> "operating system"), you should not pass.
Sometimes a screenshot or hardcopy will help. So a photo of the screen.
Although Win10 has its own ("snipping") tool, I prefer the open source program GreenShot:

I save my screenshots (automated) as a PNG file in a preset folder. You can save the entire screen at the touch of a button, or select a selectable area beforehand, or the topmost window. You can specify a combination of keys (for example, [Print], [Ctrl] + [Print], etc.).
You can then insert these pictures directly here (icon bar: 2nd icon from right). So no external service is needed.
In this way, you can add very specific snapshots to your PC questions.
This simplifies matters enormously.
The thing is. I had the PC repaired a month ago. New motherboard and so… So it can't be

He will also not be able to tell you, because it can be 1000 things. So here's the tip. Go to a shop and let a professional look at it. Although potentially expensive, but you have to weigh whether it is worth it. One thing that often helps is to rebuild or defragment Windows
