For days I have generally had a high CPU usage since I switched to win 10. I have an i5 3470 as a processor. Playing Fortnite or modern warfare, and I open Spotify and Discord for short, it feels like it takes 1000 years to open or even react. Again to top questions, I open Task Manager and I see 100 percent CPU utilization directly, but this goes away again. When I had Windows 7 it was not a problem to open in the middle of the Game Discord or Spotify. Also, modern warfare has been crashing for days when I jump out. Game has been reinstalled is still so.
Counter question: Have you cleaned your system recently or installed it recently?

If your virus scanner doesn't make it. Reinstallation. You don't seem to have one.

Basically… Never click on an attachment that you do not know. Delete unread. Otherwise you immediately catch a vir.
