Streams with 150-200 fps but in the stream loads it anyway?

I recently decided to stream on YT Fortnite (OBS) when I started my FPS from 240 to 180 which did not bother me but when I looked into my stream it just lay or was not cool would be cool if you can help me

You just have to adjust the settings.

Look for scaling in obs.
Alternatively, your internet connection may be too weak for streaming and online games.
