Fortnite Streamsnipe ban?

I made a stream on my YT channel and tried to streams Yt. I ended the stream after a round. The YouTuber then wrote to me and said he would ban me from epic and take my stream as evidence. But I didn't kill him in the stream, he was killed by someone else. If I'm banned now, can you tell me for how long? And yes it was skincontest in custom… Thanks in advance for your help.
