I actually put together a computer where I thought that min 144 fps would be transmitted in Fortnite. This actually runs great until the endgame or when the zone moves at the end.

So actually I think everything fits, your internet speed is also fast enough I have DSL and still have a few lags
Why are these 144 FPS so important
The game runs smoothly at 144 fps and when the game goes up to 90 fps you notice that very strongly. Especially when you are in tunnel construction
I would argue that you don't notice a drop from 144 to 90 fps.
But unfortunately that is noticeable. From 144 to 120 you don't notice that much, but at 90 fps it's pretty strong.
I have on 50 k line. And my pc is also connected to lan.
