Optimal graphics settings?

I got a new pc for Christmas and wanted to see if someone could tell me what the best graphics settings are for these components for valorant, fortnite and rocket league? My screen manages wqhd and 144 fps…

With the specs you can easily manage the games on the highest graphics setting.

Dude… You can play all games after 2018/19 on the highest graphics settings xD

I assume that the PC would manage all the games mentioned on the highest graphics settings. If you put more emphasis on 144 Hertz, you may have to play full HD instead of WQHD for newer games.

What are the most complex settings where my pc manages 144 fps?

With Valorant, Fortnite and Rocket League, the PC should manage all games on maximum settings. With newer games you have to switch from maximum to high settings or set the resolution to 1080p if necessary. But I wouldn't worry about that for now. My PC is from 2016 with a GTX 1060 and an i7 7700 and it would still manage all current games on high settings with 1080p and at least 60fps.
