I play Fortnite, unfortunately my ram is always full, and c.a 9GB are reserved for standby. Is that normal?

i5 8400
16GB DDR4 2400MHZ

I have a very similar setup, with me are in very demanding games maybe 10-12GB occupied, the Ram is not the problem, let the task manager times leg run and look what how much used, what do you mean with reserved?
No, thats not normal. With 16gb you should even be able to run two games at the same time without any problems.
With me Windows consumes without additional programs 2.6gb RAM, no 9.
I recommend that you check in the Task Manager which programs (unnecessarily) consume RAM and disable their autostart.
