If it must already be a finished PC, then buy it better at hardware advice. The Amazon PC has not even installed a proper graphics card at the price.
The AMD 2400G is a great processor for a cheap gaming computer. You have a graphic that's built into the processor, and that's not bad. But she can't compete with her own graphics cards. Maybe the performance of an NVidia 1030, maybe a little faster.
I would use at least one NVidia 1050TI, price about 160 euro and more, or a matching AMD card. As a processor then the Ryzen 5-2600, it would also do 8GB of RAM for the beginning. You will have more fun with it than with the Ryzen 2400G.
This PC is definitely not enough for Fortnite and Battlefield in high settings. You will not be able to play smoothly in high settings, because no graphics card is installed and thus the Vega of the processor is used. This is not bad, but definitely inappropriate for gambling in high details.
If it should be a cheap PC, I can recommend you as already suggested several times the 500 euro hardware advice PC, for 650 euro you could then even build a PC itself, which packs each current game in high settings. The 500 euro PC is very good for the price, but in some games you will have to compromise.
