I've had my very first gaming PC for 2 years. I'll buy a new one in 3 years. Should I get an Intel Core 9 or AMD 9?

PS: My current PC is AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six Core 3.70 Ghz and RTX2060. Should I also buy the RTX3000 with AMD 9 or Intel Core 9 in 3 years? And will the Intel Core 9 or AMD 9 also run with air cooling in the future? I play something like League Of Legends, Valorant, CS GO, Fortnite etc.

Wait and see what CPUs will be available in 3 years!

Ta

You shouldn't worry about unlaid eggs.

Av

But then the new ones are expensive… And how long should I keep my PC?

Dw

But maybe there will also be super-fast and very cheap CPUs on the market?! You don't even know that today… Nobody can look 3 years into the future and then guess and give recommendations like: "Buy the Intel i12-50000!", If you don't even know whether such a CPU will even exist!

La

In 3 years there will be a completely different CPU / GPU market. Most certainly. Wait and then check out your new components.

Av

OK. Unfortunately I can't build a PC myself, etc. Should I then configure it?!

La

Just watch a few YT videos. You learn that very quickly. You still have 3 years left.

Av

Or I just buy haha

La

If you want to spend 200 euro more. Your business. I bought my first PC too. If I had assembled it myself, I would actually have saved a few 100 euro.

Av

Why do you actually save a little when you assemble your PC yourself?!

Ay

Thinking today about what you will buy in 3 years is nonsense. The prices will change over time, the hardware will no longer be available or at most only partially available or the prices will rise tremendously for because they are perhaps still in demand but are no longer produced and the few on the market are sold at utopian prices. Contact us, depending on how quickly you have the dough together, 3-4 months before the day of the change or at least 1 day before and we will help you THEN. Until then, enjoy it for now.
