Is it my CPU?

I have a little question. With my CPU (AMD RYZEN 7 2700X) I always get a load of 100% when I start F1 2020. It goes away after a few seconds, but I still don't know why. I play the game on medium settings and on full screen. In games like CS: GO I have a utilization of 10% and in Fortnite at 144fps around 30-40%.

Should I be worried or can it happen that a CPU goes to 100% when you start a game?

My components:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

Asus B450 motherboard (don't know exactly which one?

RTX 2060 6GB

500gb SSD from Samsung

2tb HDD

Thank you very much, I hope you will get answers quickly.

The game is very CPU heavy. This happens with most CPUs!

no

Everything is completely normal. My CPU runs permanently at 70-90% for several hours with Cyberpunk. As long as it is well chilled, it doesn't matter.

But I only have it at the start and only in this one game. It goes away again after a few seconds and I just don't know if that's normal. I overclocked nothing, the only thing I did is update my drivers but that was a few days ago and after that I didn't have the problem.

El

That is normal.

She is chilled. I've only had my PC for 5 months and I'm not so familiar with CPU and load.

no

Well, the game is very GPU heavy. The cpu is not really heavily loaded there.

El

But at the start.

no

Then that's no problem.

If everything is good, it just quickly searches for all files and starts them, then everything is good C:

I have permanently 100% occupancy in overwatch, forza horizon 4 and Fortnite and still runs great. So all good C

As long as the CPU is properly cooled, it doesn't matter how heavily it is used. If it runs at 100%, then the CPU delivers the performance for which it is designed. If you work a lot with video or 3D rendering, the processors are always running at full capacity. My 2700X also ran at 100% for half the day today, because I was rendering 3D models. As I said, the processor doesn't mind as long as it doesn't get too warm.
