The following problem. About two weeks ago the whole thing started with my PC just restarting at the same point in a fight. In a Facebook group I was then recommended to reinstall the game, which I did. The game started again but didn't even get to the loading screen. Crashes again when starting. Sometimes I get the game running again when I force a shutdown of the PC, but the success when starting is around 25%.
The game has more than enough memory available (which is not only due to the fact that I set up the entire PC again from scratch), runs via Admin and has all the recommended settings that I have taken from several different websites that are precisely for this problem Have tips written down.
Unfortunately it still doesn't work and I'm slowly desperate. Other games like Doom, WoW or Fortnite run very smoothly and without any problems. CPU and graphics card, everything in top condition and some parts are newly installed. Oh, and unfortunately miHoYo doesn't answer either.
If anyone knows what to do next, I would be really grateful for tips and ideas.
It could simply be that your PC is way too old for this or the graphics are to blame.
Try a different device (e.g. Mobile phone) with the same account and see if the problem still occurs. Partly it could also be due to the internet.
Compare what is assumed by the game (which graphics and so) with your PC and see if they match
Unfortunately, I can't give you any other advice, but have you checked the system requirements and compared them with your PC?
For example, my laptop has an intel core i3, but at least i5 is required. It runs correspondingly slowly and jerkily and is sometimes even unplayable because time tasks are not considered.
