I have assembled a new pc
Amd Ryzen 5 2600
Amd raden 580 8gb (red devil)
are my cpu and my gpu
everything works perfectly but whenever I try to start fortnite it goes into the loading menu and then my screen goes black and there's no signal.
I tried two other games and they somehow don't work…
Now i have a question.
my power supply is that of comfortably pure power 11 400w
do I have to consider anything if I want to connect the pci connector to the graphics card?
or is it something else?
So I guess you installed the graphics card correctly. Have you already installed the AMD drivers?
First try reinstalling Fortnite
Load Epic Games first and then Epic Games Fortnite; if your other two games work, it shouldn't be because you connected something wrong
