Suddenly it had come. I have a good gaming PC and can otherwise play Fortnite all on Epic with c.a 80fps and suddenly the mouse is lying. Have another mouse pad and other mouse tried is not. Fortnite uninstalled and reinstalled without success.

It is either due to your graphics card or the CPU. The settings may be too high for your PC. This has nothing to do with the mouse. Vll you have also set a FPS limit
What are specs?
I have a GTX 1060 6GB and the fps I have on unlimited. Could always play with about 80 fps. Watch this video. CPU is i5 8500. But 2 days ago, everything ran smoothly
Do you have the resolution ev. Superstit? Also check if the game is not running on the graphics unit of your CPU. Look in the Nvidia Control Panel and update ev. Also the drivers with Nvidia Geforce Experience. It was supposed to work from the specs.
I have the solution.
The CPU was at 50% if I did nothing. I went to the Task Manager and searched for a background process using the 50% CPU. I finished it and everything was as before. Maybe a virus. Everything works again.
