No not at maximum settings, at least not permanently 144fps! But you are getting close.
Better take the GTX 1060 6GB, which will bring a lot more fps into Fortnite and consume less power and be quieter.

The GeForce cards now support Freesync. But you only need freesync if the graphics card does not manage the 144fps. With low settings and stretched you can manage with both the 144fps.

No problem. Both maps are definitely great, but the 1060 in Fortnite brings more power. In the other games it is balanced.
