Do I have a constant 144 FPS in Fortnite with THIS PC?
Please only answer my question if you are also familiar with the game Fortnite Battle Royale.

I would like to buy a new PC to play Fortnite Battle Royale with a constant 144 FPS in early game, mid game and end game.
I would set all graphics settings to low or medium and the resolution is: 1920: 1080, 16: 9
So would this PC fit? Or would I have FPS drops?

I would assume that the configuration is sufficient to play at 144fps. But I think you need a display port cable to operate the 144 Hertz monitor, because I believe that HDMI is not sufficient for this.

I can't recommend Agando, but you should definitely get 144 FPS.

Display Port is just another port. The connector looks similar to HDMI, but is somewhat "more rectangular". Look here:
With this configuration, you should be able to do it all at low to medium settings, but you will still have small drops every now and then.
But you definitely need a decent cooler on the processor, especially the Ryzen 5 3600X tend to get quite warm. The boxed cooler is garbage anyway, so you can't go wrong anyway if you order a decent cooler with it. Your problem is more likely that you need a slightly larger case, decent CPU coolers tend to get quite big.
A good cooler would be e.g. The be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4, alternatively the be quiet! Do Dark Rock 4.
And what you shouldn't do…
