With an Intel HD graphic this is not very pleasant

No. If at all, then only in the lowest settings with poor FPS (around 10, maybe less)

Should you get a graphics card (if it is not a notebook) 😅

e.g. A used GTX 1060 6GB for around 150 euro. With this you make ultra / very high
