Mouse extremely lagged when recording, what to do?

So I have the following problem: I play Valorant & Fortnite in both games I have reduced the graphics to the lowest possible, and it runs a lot smoothly. The problem is now when I want to make clips or the same using GeForce Experience and or OBS. Does my mouse no longer feel liquid, but rather pulled behind (spongy) Despite the fact that I reduced the clip duration to 15 seconds with Geforce Experience and also reduced the bit rate to the maximum. This problem has accompanied me through countless hardware and software adjustments (without success!) My specs are: I7-10th gen, 2070S, 32GB RAM, 240Hz monitor. I can roughly exclude mouse, mouse pad or even the Internet from the problem. I even exchanged these several times. For example, from 150k Mbit / s = Vodafone to 250k Mbit / s = 1&1 I have also seen some videos to optimize Geforce Settings and partly followed them. Also without success. Similar problems from other people claim that this could be due to CPU / GPU / RAM usage / cooling. I haven't examined them yet. Should I buy new hardware again (although I actually assumed that my specs would be sufficient to be able to record fluently). Or do you hope for optimization as well as the same?

It is important to mention: This problem never occurs after the first few laps, more like just 3/4 of an hour after restarting the PC.

I would recommend you to use a game recorder like OCam, there's nothing wrong, but I don't know my way around OBS, P.S: What's your name on YT?
