I wanted to buy a PC soon. Play mainly shooters like CSGO Valorant and Fortnite, but games like Cyperpunk should also run at at least 60 FPS. Games like Fortnite and Valorant, however, are mostly constant at 144 FPS. Can I do this with an RX 580 8GB and a 5 3600?
It might work in low settings, but the card is actually too weak for 144 fps in viewable settings.

Everything should work out. You may have to tweak the settings a little.
Counter-Strike is very CPU-intensive. You shouldn't have any problems with that. Pretty much every PC can achieve 144 FPS.
Valorant I'm not exactly sure, but when I tested it in the initial phase, it seemed a little more demanding than CS.
