Nvidia Geforce now RTX doesn't work?

I bought Geforce now, but RTX / RAY TRACING DOES NOT WORK e.g. With fortnite the OPTION IS NOT DISPLAYED although I'm always on DIRECTX12!

The game may need to be reinstalled first. If you only installed the new graphics card, the game may not recognize it yet.

Then it's best to ask Nvidia directly, they will be able to fix your problem sooner than any good question users.
