Yesterday evening when I gambled Fortnite I suddenly had fps drops on a Gtx1070 ti and an I7 8700k 6 times 4.2 ghz and 16 gb ram normally I have in creative mode 300-400 fps in public normal 240 but now it is 150 and there's no fps over it I have also looked up everything synonymous to unlimited fps but nothing helps hope you can help me

Your eye can't tell the difference between 150FPS and 240FPS. Especially not with a 60 / 144hz monitor. Even with a 240HZ monitor you would hardly see a difference as a normal person.
That's subjective or the opposite of placebo
