Ryzen 5 3600 94 ° C too warm?

I assembled a new PC a few days ago and noticed that my ryzen 5 3600 with the cool boxed cooler sometimes reached temperatures of 94 ° C during games like Valorant and Fortnite. So during normal operation e.g. I write this here at 59 ° C. It's too high isn't it? What should I do? Should I turn down the voltage in the BIOS or raise the RPM of the CPU fan? In my case there are 2 fans, one in front and one in back.

no

Getting another cooler would be the best solution.

I had also thought about it, although I thought if a boxed cooler is included, it should theoretically cool the CPU too

no

Yes, he does too, only boxed coolers are only suitable for the minimum. If you want it to be "cool" you need an aftermarket cooler. The 20-25 euro models are enough.

Are these 94 ° C harmful for the PC or can I continue to use it without hesitation?

no

So AMD specifies the 95 ° C package as the maximum.

under specifications.

I would get an aftermarket cooler in your place.

Ha

So the boxed fans are quite good if the Ryzen are not overclocked

56 ° in practical idling is already a good 15-20 ° above standard with the fan

Either the mainboard does not regulate the voltage for the fan cleverly, i.e. The speed curve is set poorly or even the conductive paste is no good.

If in doubt, really screw on a tower cooler

Pl

That means if it is below 95 ° C I don't have to worry

It is definitely not normal. Did you check the cooler again to see if it is installed correctly and connected correctly?

Which cooler is it? Is the thermal paste applied safely? Maybe too little or too much?

no

If it is below 95 ° C, it is ok, but the CPU clocks down.

As others have said, the best thing to do is just cool more. The boxed is usually enough. BUT only with good housing airflow. For many it is not the best. If of course you want to overclock or something, you should buy another cooler. Since your CPU is running at the temperature limit, this leads to it clocking down. I would buy the best CPU cooler instead.

Of course I don't know what the rest looks like. Whether the airflow is blocked somewhere, whether your case is simply poorly designed or whether the fans are properly aligned. You should also check all of this.
There are cases where you can buy as many fans as you want, they let in so little air that only changing the case would be of any use.

It is not normal. Did you also connect the CPU cooler fan to the CPU fan connector?
