Play mainly Fortnite!
If there are even better under 700 euro let me know!

DIY is always the better option. You not only save money but have hardware where you know what you can. With a finished PC you never know exactly what quality the hardware has and where exactly it comes from.
On Youtbe there are enough instructions to show how to assemble a PC itself (see video).
You know that you just compare a PC for 699 with one for 599?
Yes
Not comparable.

Look at this:
https://www.dubaro.de/GAMING-PC/Gamer-PC-Ryzen-5-1400-mit-GTX1060::3321.html
The GTX 1060 is a lot better in Fortnite.
Otherwise the 700 euro hardwarerat PC.
Edit: The Agando PC has the best price performance, but the components are inferior, bad power supply, slow RAM, bad motherboard…
So rather the hardware advice 700 or the Agando PC?
Let's say it like this.
The Agando PC has a slightly better CPU but the slower memory which can even make sure that the weaker CPU will be better in certain situations. (Ryzen CPUs benefit from 3000mhz memory.)
Here is the CPU comparison: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/...3955vs3919
The graphics card is both a RX 580, that is the same.
At hardware advice, the SSD has a decent size, 120GB at Agando would be too little for me.
The power supply at hardware advice is better.
The housing has a higher quality at hardware advice.
You get Windows 10 Pro instead of Home, as a normal user, you will notice as sure little… But I as a computer scientist then prefer to use the Pro version for Remote Desktop etc.
Thank you for your advice.
With pleasure.
