I assembled my PC today when I close Fortnite it hangs I have an RTX 2080 amd ryzen 5 3600 and 16 GB RAM 3200mhz

Go to EpicGames Launcher where you can see your games and then 3 points at Fortnite and then check

Do you think that's because of Eric Games or pc

Maybe a file is damaged in the game

First, see if you have any new / real drivers

If that doesn't work try reinstalling Epic Games / reinstalling your operating system
