Can't even get into Fortnite properly always has to wiggle so it doesn't get stuck?

I installed and started Fortnite on Pc. Directly noticed that it even hangs in the menu and I always have to wobble to make it run again and 2 seconds later it hangs again.

I have all settings low but nothing changes

Cpu Ryzen 5 2600

Gpu sapphire radeon rx 580 nitro + 8gb

Ram gskill aegis 16gb 3000mhz

All other games like csgo horizon 3 gta 5 run smoothly on max graphics

What's wrong with not playing Ute? Play csgo pubg fc or something
