Do you know graphics cards that cheap on eBay classifieds get the course, not a bit performance in eg cs go to play liquid or fortnite on bad graphics so just looking for a temporary solution

If you already have a brisk CPU, for CS: GO already a used Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 or 750 Ti should be almost at the optimum in FHD.
I've gotten a R9 270x for 35 euro which is definitely enough for CS: GO and Fortnite

Especially on Ebay - classifieds your caution is well founded. An honest private seller can be on this platform at least but certainly on demonstration and then money against goods in a direct collection.

The GTX 750Ti is so zimlich the best that you can get for about 50 euro, without having to immediately worry about your power supply. You should then clarify in advance with the respective sellers, whether / that the respective GTX 750 Ti gets along without an additional PCIe 6-pin power connection of power supply.
For CS: GO such a card is enough for Full HD @ max. Details; Your CPU will be the limiting factor there.
At Fortnite, a GTX 750Ti would also range in low details and possibly additional reduced resolution, but there your CPU will definitely reach its limits, at least in multiplayer mode.
At least Fortnite also gives you the chance to test it for free.
