I7 2600 rx 580 good?

Is it normal that I only have 140 FPS max on graphics settings low with this combination in Fortnite and is the combination good?

The processor is now almost 10 years old.

Well, it depends on the games. I think with current and demanding games, the i7 2600 will slow down the graphics card properly. But older or less demanding games can still run well there. It really depends on how much the CPU-heavy bottleneck has an impact.
