Why do I have to release more RAM?

Since today I have problems with the memory. Whenever I have Fortnite, Chrome, and Discord open, Fortnite hangs and I have to close it. I go to the Task Manager and then the message comes that I have to close one of the programs to free up memory. My question is now why this message always comes and how I can fix it. Incidentally, I've never had such a mistake before, only since today.

Grade Chrome consumes a lot of RAM. Have you ever tried a different browser in the station wagon?

So it was always used to be and it was only 47% consumed. I think the 16GB is enough for the two programs
