I just had FPS drops for the second time in a few days when I moved my mouse. As long as I didn't move the mouse, the FPS remained constant on my cap at 160fps, but once I moved the mouse I sometimes only had 40fps. I only had Fortnite, Discord and Spotify open.

RTX 2070 Super
16gb ddr4 3600mhz ram
Be quiet 500W power supply
NZXT Kraken m22 CPU water cooling
MSI B450M Mortar Max
What could that be?
This is because if e.g. You look in the air, nothing is loaded, but if you then look in an area with more objects, more must be loaded. But with your configuration there should definitely be more FPS inside, even I have in e.g. Fortnite on Ultra constantly has more FPS and has a somewhat poorer configuration. Check your graphics driver for updates!
