Graphics card driver not compatible with Fortnite?

I have just switched on my new PC and wanted to start fortnite on it. The game starts and can be played. However, the image "breaks" every 5 seconds. The picture flakkert here and a loud sound like a flash (?) Can be heard. Then it runs again until the picture "breaks off" again.

The current drivers are installed according to Windows. Does anyone have a solution for me?

Could have something to do with Freesynk → for you the case that you have such a screen… Just turn off directly on the screen and test:-)
