I have to reset mine myself because chrome doesn't even open after 10 seconds, apart from that I also have ssd's for the system and together with the hdd's more than 16TB of memory. And I bought the brand new i7 9700k and rtx 2080 about 2-3 years ago and it went well. And Schwubs about 2-3 years later the PC has already become a crutch.
Reset with keep data (can be done in the Windows settings) works wonders.
