I recently had a PC built for me.
Specs:
RTX 3070 Strix OC
64GB RAM memory 3600
AMD 3950x
X570 E gaming motherboard
1000 watt power supply
1GB internet line
2 monitor setup
Stream runs on 1080P with 60FPS and always.
For a week I have had the problem that when I stream and then go into Fortnite the stream starts to lag even though I haven't changed anything. My game itself on the PC runs smoothly only in the stream it leaks. So probably OBS something. I'm slowly desperate. Can someone help?
Reduce the FPS settings in OBS to 30. How fast is your internet
Could hang on the inet.
There's often quite a difference between what is in the contract and what you have in reality.
I get 980K downloads and between 50-100 MB uploads
From 1GB around 900-950K arrive with 40-100 uploads
Have you tried another encoder?
I also had the problem once and that helped me.
Let a speed test run with https://www.nperf.com/de/. Not only the speed but also the ping is important here. If it is too high then you already have an error (could be several).
Sorry, ping is between 11-25ms
