How many FPS could my friend get in fortnite with these specs?

The RAM is anything but suitable. First of all, for gaming I would take 16 GB, at least 2x 8GB. And not with a lame 2400 MHz but at least 3200MHz. Would even recommend 3600 MHz.

And you won't be very happy with the Bequiet Pure Rock slim either, it can't be installed very effectively on AMD. Either with the fan down, so that it gets the waste heat from the graphics card directly, or up and since warm air rises, it gets warm air again. So the cooler has to try to cool the already warm processor with warm air.

Would rather use a different cooler, the Bequiet Dark Rock Slim is better, it can also be mounted so that it is oriented towards the front and can therefore also cool the processor with fresh air. In addition, it has a better cooling performance than the Pure Rock slim.

The setup is not very good. In addition, you will not have a picture with it. The processor does not have an integrated graphics unit.
