Every time I stream on Twitch Fortnite I have mega FPS drops, I notice that because the game runs more smoothly in the offstream for me. I stream via Streamlabs OBS and have all settings set to low on both OBS and Fortnite. I guess that my PC just doesn't perform well… Since I'm not a nerd in this area, I need advice. Is it really my computer? & what kind of computer do I need to be able to stream fluently and get up to 240fps. Thank you very much
My computer: Processor AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
Device ID 33C38E3F-3A56-42C7-A26E-C471C42BBBA6
Product ID 00331-20020-00000-AA480
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Which graphics card did you use?
If you don't know: GPU-Z can help
If you really want to reach 240fps during the stream you have to put everything down in fn and at least 1-1.2k lie down on the pc
Unfortunately, your IDs are of no use, a link to the PC would be much more helpful. Or you enumerate everything. The GraKa would at least be very helpful.

I really have everything set to LOW. And paid around 900 euro on Amazon for my PC.

You should have built it yourself, but you should have got a lot more power, but it doesn't matter your Cpu is actually quite good and is enough first you have to upgrade the gpu in any case. Get a Rtx 2060 Super or if you get one an RTX 3060ti including nothing you can see on youtube how many fps they bring about
Ok what about my graphics card?
With that you can never stream and get 240fps in Fn
I say you have to upgrade to ne 5 5600x and also the graphics card to a RTX2060Super, for example, otherwise you will probably not be able to achieve the combination in a stable and permanent manner
OK thank you. So should I get an RTX 3060ti and have it installed?
What do you think of the RTX 3060ti? Would be suggested to me here
Yes you can install it yourself actually you just have to pull out your old one and the new one is like changing the battery
Just make sure that your power supply should have at least 600+ watts below that, I don't know if it's enough
Does rtx 2060 make more sense or 3060ti?
The RTX 2060 is just cheaper and slower than the 3060ti. In terms of price performance, the 3060ti is definitely faster but if you want to buy a 2060 get the 2060 super if then
Said better value for money *
It is definitely better than the RTX 2060 Super, no question about it, but no matter which one you are currently buying: You pay moon prices
Found one on eBay for 600 euro. A RTX 3060ti trio from MSI do you think that's okay?
I still have a little question, and I only have an 8-pin power connection, but the RTX needs 12-pin how do I usually?
This is only for the 30 series, but the card has an adapter where the 12 pin cable has a 2x8 pin connector
With an EPP of 419 euro… You must know
Oh great thank you! Really helped me
